One ridiculous promise.One completely unnecessary engineering project.
Daria asked for a machine capable of reversing time. The correct response was to explain that this is not possible.
Instead, the request was logged, a target biological age was selected, and eleven months of unauthorised engineering followed.
The device works. Whether it should exist is a separate question, and one the engineering team has agreed not to discuss.

Initial research
Concept validation and early electronics. Bench work, component sourcing, and the first honest estimate of how badly this would go.
First temporal signal
The first prototype produced a measurable temporal offset of three days. The reading held for four seconds before collapsing.
Core assembly
Installation of the Temporal Flux Stabilizer and Quantum Anchor. First sustained amber glow from the temporal cell.
Stability testing
Repeated failures. Stability held below 63%. Flux isolation identified as the limiting factor. Engineer condition: questionable.
Operational
Temporal system stabilized successfully. Offset returned to zero, status held stable across the full test window. Unit sealed and serialised.
